~Anjou Pear Crisp with Oat Streusel Topping~

I thought I'd share a recipe with you that I made for dessert tonight.
You can use anjou pears like I have here,
or you can use bartlett pears too. We served it with vanilla ice cream and it was fabulous!
If you like pears, you will love this recipe.
