~a healthy lunch recipe~

It's been a while since I've posted a recipe.
Since I'm on a health food kick I thought I'd share with you what I made for lunch yesterday.
 I started out by cutting up tortillas into triangles, then dipping them in lime juice.
I laid them evenly on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray and lightly salted them.
Bake at 350 for 7-10.
Watch carefully so they don't burn.

I didn't really measure anything. 
I just mashed 2 avocados and mixed it in with 
shredded chicken, lime juice, salt, and pepper.

Very yummy and very simple.
I think I will keep these recipes in mind for summer picnics!
