Last night we all carved our pumpkins.
Today I am left with a ton of pumpkin seeds that I don't want to see go to waste.
Therefore today's after school snack is:
here is how to make them!
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Coat those left-over pumpkin seeds with a simple mixture of butter, cinnamon, and sugar, and bake for 45 minutes, turning frequently!
here are a few more variations if sugar is not your thing!

1 1/2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cups raw whole pumpkin seeds

1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons white sugar
