nutella bread pudding
Quick, easy, and most importantly, delicious!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly Grease 8 ramikins. In a large bowl, whisk together 2 cups milk, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup nutella, 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder, {I used dark chocolate} and 1 teaspoon good vanilla. Add in 5 cups cubed challah or brioche bread, {approx. 1/2 a loaf} and let stand for 5 minutes to allow the bread to soak up some of the liquid. Gently fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Evenly distribute the pudding mixture between the ramekins. Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes. Cool before serving.
