What are your plans for the 4Th?
The fourth of July is huge out here at Crystal Lake.
We start out early Saturday morning with a kids fishing derby.
Sunrise-10 am
ribbons go to the kids with the biggest fish (and all participants!)
Then Chris and I partake in the blindfolded boat race!
It's hilarious!
One person gets blindfolded while the other person gives directions.
There are a lot of boats running into people.......
good times!
After that the Clubhouse has family games including:
egg toss
water balloon toss
tug-o-war
sack race, etc. etc.
Fun for the whole family!
Then we have a huge potluck with BBQ hot dogs and cotton candy!
The rest of the day the kids shoot off all their fireworks and we have a big bonfire on the beach at night and watch the fireworks! It's a long day, but so much fun! I look forward to it every year!
